Using the service

Quizclips lets you generate short videos from a topic. You must use it lawfully and must not use it to make content that is hateful, harassing, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Quizclips videos are family friendly and may be seen by teenagers. You may not use the service to create content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or that encourages self-harm; that gives instructions for crimes, weapons or drugs; that sexualizes or endangers minors; that contains personal information (emails, phone numbers, links) or targets a private person; or that tries to misuse or take control of the AI writer. You also may not use the service to flood it with requests, share your access, or work around its limits.

We check topics and text you type, and the scripts the AI writes, with automatic filters and an AI review. Anything blocked is not turned into a video. We may limit how many videos one person can make per day or per few minutes, and we may pause, limit or end access for people who repeatedly break these rules. We may change the filters and limits at any time. Automatic filters are not perfect: if a video looks wrong, don't post it, and tell us at the contact address below.

Your videos

You can download the videos you generate and post them on your own channels. You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of each platform.

Videos include stock footage from Pixabay, used under the Pixabay Content License, and trivia questions from Open Trivia DB, used under CC BY-SA 4.0, which requires credit. The pictures in the What's missing video are Twemoji graphics by Twitter, Inc. and other contributors, used under CC BY 4.0. Narration is produced by a text-to-speech service. Check the licenses that apply to how you use the result.

AI-written content

Scripts for personality quizzes, would-you-rather rounds, lists and facts are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check facts before you publish them.
